Found another pic with some steep angles, it actually holds up well. Even in hardwood
This was filed about a year ago, it held up well cutting walnut, elm, and oak.I'm not knocking your work. Seems like your top plate would be extremely fragile and flake apart. Intersecting line is going to the inside of the cutter

You are right it looks fragile, but it wasn't bad. I was touching the chain up every tank just for the practice.
Looks like anudder 394 chain. Full tie straps and all...
