Preliminary feeler looks positive on the vallorbe's, though they weren't too thrilled about shipping and said it would be at least $20 per order. Not a big deal on a bunch of them and worth it to me to not have to drive a couple hours.
Price is suspiciously good, like substantially less than abolox/bahco, if I didn't have some in hand already I'd be questioning whether they're the real deal. They come six per box and the place usually only has a box or so on hand so quantities would need to be pre ordered. They are also not sure how many are available from their distributor, I need to get back to them with an estimate on quantity. Might take a while...
I don't want to scare these guys off with a flood of orders and don't want people ordering based on my info and have something go wrong so for now would rather just do one transaction and see how it goes.
I'd be willing to put up funds to get maybe 50 or 100 of them but don't really want to become the long term clearing house for these and be dealing with a bunch of small $ transactions/shipping them all over.
Lets try to keep this low key for now and within the usual participants of this thread, in other words, don't scare me off either.
If things go smoothly I'll 'go public' with contact info.
So who's interested and for how many? (bracing myself, lol).
