Looks like it still has a bit of backwards lean on the side plate.

Try to manipulate the file to give you a fuzz of forward.

19hx would be your closest to start with, have you used or filed square before?

Honestly I have not but want to learn.... How would you deal with the chamfered edge? What I mean is would you file from the inner or outer corner of the chamfer?

Right but it would need to be .080 as opposed to .063.

You should be able to square any full chisel cutter. Needs the square corner. You cannot square semi chisel chain.
