I did use a wire brush and stuff. It seems to be rounded off a little. Tough to get a nice tight corner right now.

I hope so. I think my file is shot. Worn out. I gotta get some new ones.

I don't know why but when I was playing around with the .325 it seemed to be harder on the corner of the file. Maybe it is due to the area restriction and slightly different file angles which seem to be more acute putting more pressure on the file ridges right at the corner. I tried cleaning out the gullet first then filing up to that point thinking it would create less cutting drag on the bottom of the file allowing me to focus more on the corner. I think it might have helped but could just be in my head.... I over think stuff sometimes.

@ChipsFlyin

Exactly what I experienced. Maybe because the height of the tooth is shorter and tighter inside? 3/8 was definitely easier for me.

Have you ever seen anything that's not hard? :p There's plenty of room for me on a rs. Never tried any Oregon or Carlton .325.

Didnt we file all of them in the 325 CBO? I even square filed the 33LG smaller cutter. No problems IMO but I cant square file for chit either. :p

Heck we all square filed the 3/8LP too ;)
