Lower the file on the cutter a hair. If I was to guess your fighting to keep your up/down angle in the .325 like it was in the 3/8. & the file is drifting up on you.

Does seem like it's back there a ways, depends on the profile of the wheel. The bottom edge of the wheel can definitely do that though

I grind, so I don't know what happened with the file. I have read about and experienced the top beak... Just won't cut or feed. A side beak will cut like crazy until it blunts.

Might try dropping ur handle a bit Jeff, or roll the file some.

I will try that. Its tough with .325. Very tight in there.
