Too bad that exhaust didn't start out 5° lower.My jug is very different than jug heads.
My holes are all threaded. Mines a head slapper with no gasket. But only on those lines. The band is at .009 squish, just like a red lever jug.
Base thickness is .250 on 3 corners and .239 on one corner.
No gasket numbers:
Exhaust 98.5
Transfers open on exhaust side at 124
Intake closes at 73

These lil guys run really well at 230psi and to seem to hold up just fine.
@Canadian farm boy MS260 is pulling 270 psi broken in and is stout for a little saw.
