Help with lathe chuck

My lathe has a three jaw chuck on it and I'd like to purchase a four jaw, are all chucks universal or are they machine specific? This looks like my lathe but mines green. Thanks for any help.

Looks the same as most 9x19’s. Should be able to get some information from littlemachineshop.com. I think you’ll need a threaded adapter plate that threads onto your lathe spindle and a 4 or 5” 4-jaw chuck. I got all my stuff from Shars and it seems to be of decent quality

This is some approximate measurements off a spare chuck, I don't think the center hole matters but included it just in case.

Thanks Kevin, I think I found the info I needed, it has a 4" chuck so I'll order one of those.
