That's my goto as well. Slow & Low Rock And Rye is another good inexpensive option, it's slightly sweeter than Bulleit.

Whenever its convenient. They are not in my way but will need to be milled and have a chance to dry. Can't believe the water still in the logs. They are at my house east of Diamond. Little bit closer than last load.
