I feel like I've got to chime in here. I'm of Doc's and a couple of others opinions here. I have met Kenny and have texted with him on many occasions. While sometimes its hard to understand where hes coming from or going to, he's helped me out several times with problems that I've experienced.
I dont monitor every thread in this forum, so I cant say anything about the alledged wrong doing. What I can say is that communication is the key to EVERYTHING in life and if I were to violate any rule of this forum it falls upon the membership to call me out in private. And if I continue to do it then the mods have a decision to make. I dont know if anyones contacted him in private.
Dont tell me about what I did 4 years ago, that is long past. I know I've done some stuff that I wish I could take back but cant. But if its Terry Landrum that that is what its all about, from what I've heard about Terry its probably a good thing that he didnt contribute to his raffle. Like some of the stuff thats gone on here, long time members will know what I'm talking about. Thats why we very seldom have raffles anymore.
But hes not ripped anybody off or pretended to be who he wasnt.
Instead of bringing it up in public, has anyone, a builder, reached out to him to let him know what is expected from a builders standpoint? As was stated before, there are all kinds of builders out there, and some of the builders that had problems did business with many of the members on here. I being one of them.
Many of the worlds greatest inventions started out as zany ideas, Tesla is an example. If that is what hes guilty of then so be it.
The mods have a tough job sometimes, but they've got to weigh all the facts before making any decision. They cant make it on emotion.
With that being said, fair is fair if everythings been checked off.
