Groundhog hunting

So my 73 year old neighbor lady has one of these fuggers running around eating her flowers. She using one of those crossman co2 pistols that looks like a 9mm Beretta. Its funny *s-word when your outside and look across the alley and heres this hand sticking out the back door with a black pistol unloading.

I haven't gh hunted in yrs used to do it all the time started with .308 180's then .308 accelerators 55gr, them went .223 now I use .243 58gr Hornady's. Mostly for coyotes now. Those were fun times.

I enjoy the 22mag!

They stopped the accelerators because you could pick up the sabot 5ft In front of you and they'd have zero ballistics on the projectiles. Much like modern muzzle loaders.

For the longer shots do you guys use a bipod or some sort of rest.
I took a poke at one around 100 yards away. Pretty small target to hold still on.

I like to keep the 22mag around 75-80 yards. The 17hmr 100-150 for small game.
