Grinding wheel

Well today I was doing a couple of chains.Anyway my wheel would not get to the cutter on the right side of the chain. Anyway the wheel is worn down and I placed a order with Baileys. My question is,they have two wheels in my price range. The $19.95 and the $29.95. I have always ordered the lesser of the two, however today I ordered the $29.95 one. What is the difference of the two? I ordered the 1/8 th inch for 325/3/8 chains.Thanks, Ken
