So this story starts a couple years ago. I’d gotten back into sawing and kinda got a stinker of a saw. Happy ending now though. Note that this thread is long and a lot of me learning. @Benwa was helpful to me back then.

Everything got back burnered a couple years and when I got back around to it, I had other saws to run (Dolmar 6100 I had won) and trees to cut so I sent it off to Ben and said take your time and tinker on it whenever, I’m in no hurry. We talked a lot before and during the build and I’ve learned a lot from him.
You can see the build and others of his on his YouTube channel.
You can tell the difference in wood he has there in the PNW to the petrified stuff we have here in the SW. The hardness is also inconsistent, so it’s hard to judge proper feed pressure and raker height. @chiselbit gets credit for that chain, it beat stock full comp by 20 secs.
I will eventually get some video of it in my 10” pine cant with play chain by @Armbru84.
I’m no super pro at sharpening or tuning, (getting better thanks to Ben and the rest of you gents) but so far it seems to hang with the MMWS 6100 in smaller wood at least...and I like the lighter nimbler feel better too.
I’m sure more of my saws will be taking trips up the coast.

Packaged well, attention to detail in all things.
Came with some complimentary fire starters.
Dig my color coordinated rapid bar change tools
*note the oogly muffler is my handiwork from a couple years ago, need to change that to some side ports, it’s a hand burner.
