Hi,
What fuel line size for a Husqvarna 240?
I know it takes a fuel line 545078302 and I have a filter from HLS for it in my stock pile along with a bunch of lines marked in bags. I know from working on various Poulans like this saw, that the line needs to be pulled through and stretched a bit, so, it seals the hole.
My neighbor's 240 the fuel filter fell off and the line is just crumbling to pieces, I might not get a complete section out to measure the OD. I guess the filter takes a 3.5-4.0 ID line. But, I do not know about the OD because the fuel line itself looks puffed and rotted.
I googled, e-replacement parts, HLS, and no one seems to list the actual measurements. I just do not want to waste a good line by having it leak after I install it.
Worse, I think the saw is less then a year old. Good news though, 160 psi!
