rain changing to freezing rain thursday night then 8-12 inches of white stuff on friday with wind around 40 mph i HATE winter.

Has barely snowed here in Wisconsin this year. 4" in January so far for a grand total of 20" this season. Plows guys are sweating. I feel bad for them but can't say I miss it.
