I dont burn wood for heat so I guess it's just in my blood my whole life. Lol
May sell some of it this winter.
Mainly used to smoke Whitetail meat.
I like White Oak & Cherry.

I got some this morning. A dead y trunk tree. I dropped both trunks but only cut the one on the left in the picture. I used my scarr 550xpg for the limbs and my newest scarr 572XP for the trunk. Everything was blocked up to 26" for a owb.

After cutting up the tree I went a noodled up some big rounds that I cut last November. I used my XS 572xpg with a 32" bar.

Helped my son split some of his hoard Friday. Bought an Isocore to break down heavies.
Just the 2 front rows on first pic.

Then Saturday I brought 3 trailer loads of pin oak to dads place.







Looks like I’ll be using the Isocore again. I hate tilting the splitter vertical.

About 100 yards. She would've been fine driven with some sense for a short distance, but I wouldn't have loaded as much if I would have had to get on the highway.

I've always been impressed by what a 026 can do. Saw that punches wayyy above its weight class!
