Today was the bigger black locust. Wind prevented this one yesterday. Got the entire tree in the truck and trailer.

Switched to the DozerDan357 when the wood got to about 8” and up. 365 bucked the base.

It seems like all I do in the spring is stack wood I had in spots the snow/ wet kept me from getting at. White ash in the rows and hard maple in the bins all off the ground to keep it clean and dry

Tree service guy dropped off a couple chunks today. He asked if I had a saw big enough to cut up a 4’ diameter piece. I told him if he can get it here I can get it blocked up 👍

The 32” bar should easily chew through this. I asked what he cut it with and he said “500i and 28” bar”. He said that was his big saw/bar combo. Oh, other than a McCulloch SP125C lol. What a tank !!
