I think somebody going by the sitename TinyD has a lot to do with it. He's the new boy sheriff and probation officer over there. I guess from his username there, he's probably a part-time rapper, or maybe TinyD has 'small man syndrome' you can fill in the blanks there, or maybe it's short for Tiny Dancer...maybe he's got an affinity for Elton John. Who the hell knows, more importantly who the hell cares about TinyD.
