Favorite semi skip chain

If you hit the dirt often, skip makes sense. If you’re cutting clean wood and don’t need skip for clearance or to keep RPMs up, you’re better off with full comp. Skip sharpens faster but it gets wood dull just as much faster with 2/3 of the cutters doing the work

No worries, I’ve been running a loop of 404 Carlton myself. I like it, considerably better than the Archer I had been using. Wish I could find some more of it
