That looks like some kind of neat trick. Can you explain it? Looks like you took a section out from the middle of the backside and stacked some wedges to create lift? If so, what’s the advantage?
I've heard of white Oak, never seen in person. These tan oaks you get a lot of bark with your woodOK, Thanks, never seen one, we don't have em around here, but the tree formation looked real similar to White Oak.
