Havent cared about chain weight for 6 years now. ;):D

Are you using the 76LG drive links or the Mac 370 version drive links of the 76LG I told about in my chain thread on the race chain? For the 72 chain
They save weight too if you got to much time on your hands and feel like breaking down a whole chain. :p
Heck while apart mise well have the inside of the cutters milled too. ;) Narrower nerf and little lighter again.

76 with 72 cutter for weight saving chassis on race chain http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/chain/oregon-72lg-and-76lg/

So you don't care about chains, but put on chain races........:aplastao:on your site........

How long does it take you to break a chain down and swap cutters? I missed that in your link to your site.

Not quite sure of your response to the thread Kevin, other than babbling. And again another link to your site.

Thats right dont give a chit about a race chain anymore :zpong:.

But I do try and get folks into trying it themselves for fun.
Thats why I offer race and work chain builds. :aaaaa: I only do work chain for my last 3 chain builds.
Heck I dont even take the cutters back. Thats how much I dont care, rather just use my chain afterwords in the wood pile
If you would share your info with these folks I wouldnt have to repost links here. :aplastao:
As I wont hide any secrets unspoken here hidden from the new folks. ;):p

Funny you bought good chain, carbs, ask where to get cutters milled etc etc etc when I got out of this stuff. It's ok its our secret. :risas3:

If you dont like it well :asz:

Lol! Kevin you did good! Exactly what I expected!

You have a great site, tons of information, well established. :campeon: But don't have near the build threads, videos or the content of this site. Why? Answer that, if not,Let it be, please!

Maybe its me, but I really get tired of seeing you constantly posting links to your site all over. I get it! You've done it all, seen it all, know it all.

As far as secrets, if you really want to go there, I see what you did.

Light chains will of course accelerate a little faster out of wood - but I'm not sure how it works in the wood, except there likely will be some +/- ?
Only way i could relate it to something ,is like lightening a flywheel ,it will let the rpm come up quicker ,but under heavy load could not hold the rpm's as good once there .?

Duh my site is to help new folks learn about and repair their own saws. Not to do build threads over and over. It's there for those folks that need help. Not those that already know how and do builds over and over.
That dont help some troubleshoot and make a repair anyways.
I sure the heck aint going to show a build of the same saws I have done many times.

Why is it I still see you visit? You sure the heck dont need any help. o_O

I post links because I am not going to type the pages worth of info already there. Everywhere else every freaking month. To easy to just put a link and say read it right there. :zplayita:

Guess you didnt even noticed I liked Original Post. I remember Shawn from the very beginning. He has dug and learned big time since the beginning.

Since you stick your nose in my business. I have a solution for you. Put me on ignore and never see me help another person in need with a link again. :D

Whatever your agenda is get over it IMO. ;)

All in all its really none of your business IMO
