I’m afraid I’m not much of a hoarder. I’ll bring my AWOL 2172xpw and my ported 346. If I can slam it together the 359 hybrid will come too. Other than that I have a modded 385, an untested 2100 and my 394 Big Bore.

The 2172 and 346 would do okay in a casual race, the others are just good work saws. I’ll put up a list of stuff I’m selling as well. Just basket cases and homeowner junk.

Oh yeah, and the canned beans.

Cool, have XS 346 and 2166. Super interested in hybrid. Would like to try 385 to compare to my 288. 394 sounds interesting, have XS 395.

I had a busy night last night so I couldn't check in after I got back. This was a great time in a cool setting. I've never sawed logs in a scrap metal yard before. The weather was perfect and David and Melanie are amazing hosts(esses). It was awesome meeting @Ketchup and Mrs. Ketchup and seeing their cool travel rig. Running awesome saws and fast chains without having to clean or sharpen is the icing on the cake:cool:.
Eucalyptus is unlike anything I'd ever seen. I verified that the chain was sharp, still this happened.20230121_112323.jpg

The Blue Angels fly in the next town over in the winter, so we got to watch them all day.20230121_120920.jpg
I sent that pic to my lady, and she asked wtf was going on out in the desert.Resized_2.jpg
I told her to get her mind out of the gutter, that they knew we were in town.20230121_124059.jpg

Just pulled back in at home. I could put up pics of all kinds of great food I had out there this weekend, but I'll stick with the fish tacos I've had twice in San Diego now, and the flaming Lyft driver that took us out there cussed us out for having because it's a "locals spot".IMG_2986.jpg

Sorry for the delay guys. Finally got the saws put away today. That was a great time. Thanks for everything David. Your hospitality is second to none.

After thinking about it. I definitely need a 7900 and a 3120. Ported of course. I better learn to square file chain as well.

Tim, great to hang with you as well. Hopefully we can run saws again some time. I’ll bring some local brews.
