Here she is, has a few battle scars but runs strong.
Can anyone tell me what stihl bars fit these, 066, 076, 084, 090?

Many of the vintage saws have such wonderful lines, that is one fine looking saw.

Italian designs with sleek lines, Stihl isn’t into that as much but the s-10 is actually a neat design in my opinion, but overall Stihl’s into over engineering stuff on occasion which tracks with the German roots of the company.

Hello,

I'm doing my Blitz 504f these days and found the piston being seized:
kolben_2.jpeg

Both piston rings suffer from being dented as well. So I sought for replacement rings and therefor measured the piston diameter: 46 mm.
According to an IPL downloadable from emak (https://emak.ev-portal.com/Virtual_...essources/Motoseghe fuori produzione-1905.PDF) the B 504 is the same as Oleo-Mac 252 and according to Mike Acres site it ought to have a piston with 44 mm diameter rather than 46 mm.

But then again the emac-list doesn't mention type B 504F (f for frene = brake) but only types 504 and 504 AF. And according to Mike Acres site (https://www.acresinternet.com/cscc.nsf/GasbyManufacturer?OpenView&Start=1&Count=1000&Expand=101#101) there have been variants of both OM 251 and OM 252 with 46 mm bore and 53 cc displacement.
Is it possible my B 504F corresponds to OM 252S rather than OM 252?
The emak parts-lists isn't exhaustive regarding all different models but I haven't found any more useful information so far.
Does anybody out there knows more or has sources of further information?
