I would like to run a 1201. I have never seen one in the flesh.
Good looking saw! I need one for milling. What size bar are you running if you don't mind me asking?Dot doesn’t come up on the maps.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. I'm considering an upgrade. Need more HP for a longer bar. My 661 does fine with 36" but not sure I want to go any bigger. That one is a 50”.
I sold the 1201 but kept the 50”
Cannon.
Refocusing Resources.
I’ll have another 1201 one day as they are stronger than any new big saw available.

I'll have to do some research on getting it ported but sure would like the 1201 too! Thanks for the tip on your connection. I know that thread well!!Have your 661 Ported by one of the Monkeys here & save your coin for a 1201.
Hang a 41” on the 661 with a skip.
Specifically @TreeMonkey or @Mastermind.
Do a bit of nosing & find our connection.

Certainly will. Thank you.Randy, Mastermind or Scott, TreeMonkey have them dialed in.
Go check them out.
We try to keep it off the map but I’d say it’s between Bowdon graham and Ranburne
That 1201 looks cool what kind of bar mount does it have
I know a few people from north of lowell
Anyone try archer pro bars before? Found one on eBay that will fit a 590 but advertises that it has a 72dl instead of the 70. It’s cheap with a chain thought about trying it one day because 72 dL chains are way easier to find around here than 70. Thought it would be a cheap way to use stihl chains since my stihl dealer no longer will turn chains for me.
