Those are normal....for a D176 type bar.

But I understand.....

I may just cut some spring type spacers and run a D009 on the Echo's in my future.

Why can't one replace the bar studs?

Well it's about time they make a 70ccer and replace the 680! Just hope they build it on the 590-620 platform as those are incredible performers!!
It will be interesting to see!

Whoa! Slow your roll, big fella......in my conversation with the Echo rep that comes a calling, this Fall is the scheduled release of the 70cc class Echo. I couldn't pry much info out of the lock jawed rep, but it should be pretty slick.
Hmmm.....first I've heard about this "new" 70cc version, I'll be waiting patiently to see if it actually happens.

Been a little cool here in Ohio for the last few days so I hit the woods with my CS510 yesterday, I can't stress enough how well this saw runs for only 50cc and how light they are, I'd have a hard time ever selling it or my CS520, random pic off the net of a 510.cs510b.gif

Replace? Your doing it wrong just add the ECHOS and call it good.

You're right!! What am I thinking?

I did a muff mod and tuned a buddy's 520.
Its a hard runnin saw. I was surprised.
I got a hellofa deal on a 600 and had it ported. It was a good runner too.
My buddy loved it and made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
Echo's are lots better than they used to be.
