Good evening everyone, I'll come to the point.

Reading on the internet from the various Service Manuals of the Echo Cs-2511 TESC, I saw that the initial carburetion of H, L and T (to be adjusted later with the rev counter) changes in value, probably based on the type of carburetor and coil that chainsaw mounts.

Documenting I saw 3 types of carburettors fitted as standard on the 2511, and perhaps there are still others, with different initials but the functioning is the same. But why change the initial values according to the carburetor? Here is the data I collected

Walbro WT-1153 carburetor
Initial setting
H screw turns 2 and 5/8
L screw turns 1 and 7/8
T screw turns 1 and 5/8
(Taken from the Service Manual of the Echo CS-2510 which maybe is also good for the 2511 but I have doubts)

Walbro WT-1208 carburetor
Initial setting
H screw turns 1 and 3/4
L screw turns 2 and 3/4
T screw turns 1
(These are taken from the 2511 Service Manual that @raggiobenson kindly shared with me. This Service Manual seems to be the American version because it has the WT-1208 version with carburetor limiters, which I've never seen here in Italy for now)

Walbro WT 1231 carburettor
Initial setting
Sadly I have no data as I do not have the relevant Service Manual with this carburettor, but it is stock fitted to my 2511, and I have confirmation from a parts manual which shows it.

Now my question is, I would like to learn how to fuel even without the rev counter in hand, to practice I need the initial data of the WT 1231 which I can't find around. Anyone know anything? Thank you and sorry for my terrible English.

I’ve been into a lot of 2511 and the only carb I have ever seen is WT 1208. But I’m in the US.

I’m curious if the WT 1231 has any notable differences. On the choke side of the Venturi there should be a number that is x/64ths of an inch (goofy, I know). That is the width of the Venturi. Also, under the metering diaphragm there will be two circular caps with holes in them. They should also have numbers on them. I’ll check the numbers on the 1208 and post them here.

Checked Echo carb adjustment guides 2019 and 2022. The carb is not listed in it. The guides say for North American specification. You may have to call a local Echo dealer for the initial screw settings.
I sure would like a copy of the 2510 service manual if possible.

Sorry, I just saw the messages now. I think they have no differences. Unfortunately I'm not a mechanic and I can't give you the details you ask for. But here is the Manual service 2510. Excuse my English.

Ps : If you want I can photograph the carburettor in its seat. I saw that there is a number 38 on it.

This is the carb on my Echo 2511, but I have no way of taking it apart yet. I have framed some numbers that maybe can help. Sorry, I'm not very practical.

Pulling the carb only requires a T-27 driver (drain the gas tank first). The throttle linkage is easier to wiggle off if the choke is engaged.
Then take out the four small phillips head screws and gently peel the diaphragms up with a razor blade.
But I’m willing to bet the carbs are identical.

Another little detail on the 1208: There is a secondary pickup that goes to the main nozzle beside the metering needle. 74988185-E23D-4595-845D-2298C3E832C0.jpeg
I’m not sure what size the hole on the nozzle is, but it’s substantially smaller than the hole that corresponds to the H jet and 40 pickup.
