Go a bit richer on the low speed jet.

That was as rich as it got with the limiters on it.

Did a quick muffler mod and pulled the limiters, helped it out some and sounds a lot better. I only had a few minutes to try it out, wife, so It's only tuned by ear.

Advancing the timing didn't do much as far as performance, I did have to richen it up a bit. It doesn't have much grunt but does have the RPMs.

How much did you take off the key?

It is a little snapper. I took about a 1/3 of the key off, it has a very thin key so maybe .020-.030 off.

Opened the carb up to 14.5mm and drilled the hole feeding the H diffuser, might not be the right word for it. I also drilled out a 3/4 hole in the top cover and put Frogzskn over it. It's doing a lot better than it did stock. It will be awhile before I try porting it but will post the results. The video is a little long so you might want to fast forward it. I'll shorten it but it take awhile to process.
