There is/was a DolKiVarna over at AS, seemed to be real badass!

I don't have one, nor ever ran one - sure would like to.

She's nicknamed "Dampfhammer" among the German speaking folk as far as I know - means "Steam hammer".

I can only say as i find.....with minimal work to increase the muffler flow i find the 9010 a really good saw.
There not bad to work on ...really well screwed together and from what iv seen ..tough.

how do they compare in 30 plus inch hardwood to a 395 or 661 when all are ported?

I would put them a little behind a well ported 394/395 or 661, the longer stroke may come to shine with really long bars.

Same log, different bar and chain with my personal at the time 394.

I thought up and build the Dolkivarna for Nathan.
