Picked up a few Dolly's today, spare case has a good crank, so I snagged it just to have.

I gutted the muffler this evening. Instead of uncrimping the can I decided to just grind it apart and I will weld it back together. I'm trying to decide weather I should open up the factory outlet a little bit or add a second port on the flywheel side. Any input from those in the know?

Instead of the exhaust filling and using just pressure to get out I'm giving it an unrestricted direction to go. Just enough direction that it follows the suggested path. I'm trying to promote some flow, and scavenging.

Plus it looks stock, sleeper

I'm pulling the stock baffle, but I'm putting one back in that is shaped specifically. Mdavlee said something once that got me thinking about a pipe the size of a stock exhaust.

Yup. It's almost like they designed them to have another port right there. Plus they sound tits that way.
