For the races I’ll be grabbing a 365. For out in the woods working the dolmar and solo do have have a bit more torque. Longer stroke.

Looks like the solo 665 is a bad mfer to begin with to beat a ported 60cc saw in stock form. Says they both have new stihl RS chains. Not my video or my saws. Just something I found browsing the web.

What are some port timing numbers for a 6400, it has to be way different that the 7900
I didn’t put a wheel on it but I’ve heard the numbers they run are very different than the 7300/7900.

An older oem 7300 scored piston I have laying around on top and a oem 6400 piston on bottom. Tiny windows on the 7300 piston and bigger ones on 6400. Looks like they wanted more case compression with the 7300. I also attempted to fit a 7900 tapered wrist pin in the 6400 piston but it was too long. 1B069B9C-D253-49D9-A13E-029F2EECD78E.jpeg
