You see sawmikaze is a dummy about certain things but a born hustler in others...

This is in Duquense PA by my house.

If I said this area was what nightmares are made of it would do no justice...but...pittsburgh was just a burnt out depressed steel area for a long time, but now yuppie jobs are coming here and certain areas are starting rebuild and these white collar weiners are paying BIG bucks for stuff that was a sh!thole 10 years ago..so it may take a while for me to get what's mine but the time will come..gentrification is at work in these areas and I'm gonna cash in on it

I believe it. Around here it costs 10k to knock them down. So 1000 to get away from it makes sense. Now you just need to make sure your close to a big open ready to build site.

The river is right down the hill with abandoned manufacturing sites..they are in line to be torn down and developed..idk when its gonna happen but it will.

I'm next to the water where I live and the RR shops but ain't no one gentrifying my neighborhood because of the *s-word treatment plant is over here. Its slowly turning section 8 as the old timers die off.

I fell about 15ft head first back in june.
