That’s what I have on my 71’s all of the time other than cutting square cookies. So that’s my preferred saw. They’re fast have good torque,smooth, and I just plain like them

Hybrid would make the cut at 24" for me, and 32"or 36" I would say the 066 for me, if the 064 had better AV I would consider it for 28" but for all day use I would just prefer the others. Oilers on Stihl are stingy at best for longer bars also, they would not be my first choice in any bar length.

.404 .063 gauge carries oil more gooder. ;)

When i get my 395 back from @Moparmyway it will probably wear a 28 most of the time as well, albeit with .404 and an eight tooth rim. ;)
I've been thinking on that myself. Someone at Wadneys gtg said they burned up like 11 tanks of fuel with .404 before it needed a touch up.
