I'm looking forward to trying it out.Yea I should have bought that from him but then it wouldn’t have been in this raffle to help a fellow member in need.

That's a beauty. 325 or 3/8's? Put that puppy in some wood and report back.Brown truck showed up today. Thank you @Gentleman and @Mastermind . Thanks everyone else for participating in this GFM and past and future ones. You all rock!View attachment 441211
I have a few ported saws, but I always seem to grab the formerly straight gassed 562 that I rebuilt. It's easy to use, smooth, and decent on fuel. This one will replace it for the "one saw plan" saw.Very very nice. That would have been my pick for sure.
There is a spot near me where tree guys dump wood and landscapers and homeowners dump yard waste. There was some large, gnarly beech in there last weekend. I plan on this thing wearing a 20" 3/8 setup and being with me when I leave the house for firewood, so I swapped rims and mounted the bar. The beech was still there and big enough to have the first cuts be full bar cuts. It did not disappoint. It at least runs with the 562 and should out-run it after broken in. I'm very pleased. That's a beauty. 325 or 3/8's? Put that puppy in some wood and report back.
