Thanks for the info. The regular price on the 5.2 was $464.00. According to the inflation calculator, $464.00 in 1980 has the purchasing power of about $1400.00 today.
Interested to know more about the one on the right. Is it a 3.7?

Two stroke oils are much better today. I'm sure you could run 32:1 or even 40:1 with a modern synthetic.Thanks, ManofStihl.
Believe I have same saw from my father. Late 60s? It has that interesting power sharp on it.
What ratio do you run in it? If I remember my childhood, I think dad mixed 16:1, or something similarly unheard of today.
