Had to fix a bad tile job... the guy just stuck it right on top of the plywood. In case anyone was wondering, tile doesn’t stick to plywood... at least not for very long. It made the demo easy, though.

I prefer using Ditra underlayment but was way out in the sticks and this is all I could come up with.

Schluter or we do are good products, but the time tested method of backer board works well too. Nice clean work.

Helped some friends of mine lay out and cut some tile today... I don’t care for the pattern, but they put a lot of thought into what they wanted, so that’s what we did. Probably set it tomorrow if I have time.

Installed some gutters on the little garden shed we have.
First time ever doing gutters.
Turned out ok I guess. Took me longer to do 2 12' gutters and downspouts than it would have taken me to tear a GM 2.4 down to a bare block and fully reassemble though.

Next up is fix the rotted sheathing due to no gutters..

Yuk.

The sill is treated and solid. The studs have staining, but still seem solid. Tjey will be fine for the crappy little shed.
I just need to keep the mice out that found there way in over the winter.

Cut it out with a circular saw and a sawzall.

Do your best and caulk the rest! My gaps were really not that big, but I was using up an already opened tube of caulk, and had cut the end off further down.
I did wipe off the big goobers after the pic!

2 more walls to repair.
And replace the rotten door frame.

That would likely have been easier!
Truthfully, it's my fault it got this way.
Slacked off, never did gutters, and more often than not forgot to paint the door frame each year.
Now that we have a deck, I need someplace to put all the crap my wife has out there over the winter that mice cant get at, because losing shop space for deck chairs is bullchit! :D

Got the shed door replaced and I did'nt even cuss while doing it.

Just need to finish cleaning up the inside and going to sheet it with something cheap just to close it up better. I'd rather do that than have critters get in my wifes deck crap. Cheaper too...
