The 025 was given to me with some issues but did run so I haven't been inside of it. The 390 has somewhere between 30-50 tanks through it. After building the 390 I checked compression and it was 128, so it came up after break-in but only 2 pounds.

Interesting.

I went, and checked my MS390 (bought new in 2002), and it is just over 125psi at 4700' in elevation. So that would put it just over 140psi at Sea Level.

Hahaha! Someone once told me a saw needed 130psi minimum to run......I guess they never owned a Poulan 3400 Countervibe....

Dayum! It barely looks used. The original bar still has half the logo.

I know. At the scrap yard. Lol.
Doesn't start. He said feels like good compression. Probably ethanol issues.

550xp. Not it's a cutting sob.

Edit: 550 with Schrader in 10 mm adapter is 120ish lbs.

Could be. I remember lots of crud was packed in around the one I replaced. Once cleaned out, the replacement went right in.

Awesome thanks! I didn't see any fasteners but I didn't want to break it. Best place for line, filter and vent? eBay?

You're welcome.

Ask in the swap meet thread. I got everything I needed from a member in Louisiana.
