Thanks Dan. I have Guatemala, Honduras and Brazil roasts coming my way. The hardwood smoke sounds like it'll add another layer to the flavor. Can't wait to try it.

Cool! Only one I haven't tried is the Brazil. But although different, they have a familiarity about them. I think it's the hardwood roasting.

cold pressed is steeping the grounds in room temperature water. My wife and I have this thing called a TODDY that you let the coffee sit in overnight, when you finally drain it, it is SOOOOOO smooth. the difference is amazing. one of the best inventions in the coffee drinking world.....

Both the Guatemalan and Congo are excellent dark roasts.
I say the Guatemalan is closest of the two.
However my wife being a huge Bali lover really likes the Congo.
