I'll have to check out your site and see what you've got. There's nothing like good coffee.

What's the profile on the Brazil roast? It doesn't show up for me, on my iPad.
I have Guatemala and Honduras in my shopping cart, but I've always liked a good Brazil as well.

At the moment I'm drinking, and enjoying, the Brazil Minas roast from Peets. Medium roast, kinda sweet and nutty. If your Brazil is anything like that, I'll have to add that before I check out.

Damn!! That sounds good. I'll have to try that one too, then. You'll see my order go through in a few minutes.
I don't have a grinder, so I'll need it ground. Can you grind it a touch coarser than the standard medium grind? It's a personal preference, and I feel the coffee is less bitter that way.

Absolutely I can grind more course. Also for bitterness watch your water temperature (keep it below 205 deg) and your steep time.
Thank you very much for order. We Greatly appreciate it.

Great! Thanks for the recommendation on the water temperature. I'll leave a note on the order about the grinding. Thanks.

I though we were suppose to drink it....not smoke it?

But what the hell if you say it's good
I have a couple that buys the beans green. They grind them up and eat them.
I just can't bring myself to wasting a great cup of coffee like that. but hey what ever trips their trigger.
