Y is there a JMS on here!!!!

He no here, just the shuck is all, the jive part is gone....

...although he probably has some fiddy dollar OEM ones left 4 sale. Ain't that so @sawmikaze

I give the AM ones fifty/fifty chance. Some are okay with the springs changed.

Lol. @sawmikaze has a pretty funny sense of humor!!! Stump Shot the last AM I used didn't do to well although it still works but the finger's that stick between each clutch shoe broke off but two I had to cut off because I was getting a little worried that if they broke off that it could have done some serious damage so I'll post pics of what I'm talking about tomorrow although not all clutches have them but for the most part the AM one's do I ordered a Hyway clutch for my 440 and can't really afford a OEM one I'm hoping the Hyway clutch can take task of what my saw will be putting it through and I do have a set of good used OEM Stihl springs if you think I should?

jms probably still has his clutch ........

Ryan sent him a NIB saw and got back a cobbled together fly by “port job” ......... really just a screw job

I’d say he’s doing rather well, considering the subject

Meh....Hyway vs Stock OEM Stihl springs is a toss up here. Last two Hyway clutches got OEM Stihl springs. One spring broke on both clutches in the first work day, not my saws. One 046 very lightly ported by me and one bone stock 660. They both are running one Hyway spring now. Time will tell. Buying OE and them braking pissed me off but no damage to the saws.

Good thing both are run by quality operators who saw the chain walking and stopped using them pronto.

Last time I shared my experience with that slacker everyone defended him and got all pissed at poor old sawmikaze..

Yup sure did, I remember, then the wave of junk followed, proving you to be correct without question.
Lots of new folks here to spread the word to that were not here to witness the debacle unfold.
I can also see why you would just as soon want to forget the whole fiasco as well.
