Using my fingers to give you all a idea of how thick the piston skirts are way thicker than any that I've ever gotten from them in the past.
Bigger than a babysitter arm.But we don’t know how thick your fingers are lol
I thought I'd post my own experience with a Farmertec 372XP kit saw from HL Supply:Ok my wife does love me she gave me my birthday present early because of bad weather and I don't want to use my clone 372xp right yet so she got me the clone 365 it is a open port version with the square intake manifold boot since I already had a 52mm big bore kit that I already ported and had on standby for the 372 I went ahead and put it on the 365 had to borrow the intake boot from the 372xp I just order another one when I buy a pop up piston for the big bore though I'd never say that but without base gasket the squish is right at .039-.040 yuck I haven't tried running it yet but will tomorrow I went ahead and did a compression test on it and it's putting out 140psi I'll check it again after I run it in if it jumps up to 170psi I'll leave it as is but if not a pop up piston will be going in like to see most of the saws I build to at least have 170-180psi some times more depending on what the saw is being used for I'm not going to be posting port timing numbers until I see what it got for power then I will share lol well ill share this much exhaust is 101 that's ok I would prefer 103- or-105 for using 32" guide bar and chain but anyway here's some pics ill post the picks of the timing after i run the saw . Oh almost forgot I did advanced the ignition timing 3/4 of the key. WE'LL SHALL SEE HOW THIS THING GOES.
Looks good!!I thought I'd post my own experience with a Farmertec 372XP kit saw from HL Supply:
Mine has very few OEM parts except for the air filter cover, small end rod and clutch bearings and a NIB Walbro HD12-1 carb. Just wanted to mention that the Walbro carb was well worth the $90 entry fee. With the poor quality control of the aftermarket clone carbs, I consider this a necessity. Just my opinion but I'm stickin' to it...
Other options were a Hyway Titanikel big-bore, pop-up piston, cylinder and Caber ring combo from Wolf Creek Saw Shop and An Exile Performance dual-port muffler. I did not port the cylinder but just did a little mild clean up work. It already looked pretty good except for a few dingleberries. I did a base gasket delete and ended up with about .020 squish. It has a ton of compression (cylinder pressure actually)! Not sure what it is since I haven't checked it yet but you pretty much have to use the compression release to start it. On the 3rd or 4th pull cold, every time by the way. I run VP 50:1 and the cylinder, piston skirt, piston crown and spark plug look absolutely perfect. I tuned the carb very carefully. With a 24" full-chisel full-comp oregon chain it's a wood eatin' monster! A lot of fun to build and run!

P.S.
These pictures don't show it but it now has a Red Beard's intake elbow and filter system along with an OEM Husqvarna tall filter cover. I've decaled it to look like a real 365XP just for S____s and g_____s. It's already fooled a few people! Lol
Also, cylinder pressure is just under 200psi...
