As many know I love me a pretty 064... and an fugly beater or two. I've built 3 of em in the last couple years using some AM parts.
A $1500 saw shouldn't have any...

Is a $200 064 ... and has a lot of AM parts. It will live its life (short or long) cutting wood with its builder.
I have a 1204 flywheel, rough crank, and assorted smalls if needed.

I agree- using a couple aftermarket parts here and there is acceptable as long as it is listed up front. A $1500 saw should not have any aftermarket internals especially with the kind of stuff shown in the pictures.

Dammit !!!!!!

Sorry Boss, by the time it took for me to do it, I didn't see the following posts until it was too late. You can whoop me later, for now just put it towards something a little extra for the saw, there always is. Buy a wireless Tach or whatever trips your little monkey fingers.

Will do........some 661 spikes or a tach........something.

We should use unspent funds to by @dall a husky. I'm sure it would make him the happiest guy ever.

He really needs a 235. :D
