I wouldn't pay a whole lot, It doe's have a nice clutch cover which is unique
to the bow bar. Original bow bar as well. Other wise saw looks to have been
well used. I'd be concerned about piston condition since the muffler cover
is mia.

Dayum! That one looks rough. As @Lee H mentioned, the bow bar, and clutch cover hold some value, but the rest looks pretty sad.

It's not as bad as it appeared. The piston and cylinder look good. The gas tank looks clean. It has spark. I'm going to find a muffler cover and carb kit and see what happens when I put some gas in it.

Cleaned up a little.
