Chainsaw book

I got a very nice Christmas gift yesterday, the book " Chainsaws: A History" by David Lee It's a used copy and for some unknown reason the first two pages is missing, torn out
Could I get someone, who has this interesting book to take photos of the missing pages and send them to me ?
Just so i have the complete book. The pages is the right part of the blue front end cover and both sides 1 and 2.
