Here is the finished chain saw it has the Oregon Harvester 75 centimeter bar with .404 .080 Orbit brand chain from HavesterBars.com. Thanks to the guys who responded to my thread and guided me with a lot of good info and suggestions.
Thanks for the reply Wilhelm. I decided on the 14 slot sprocket so I can keep the engine RPM down. The saw will be over driven 2 to 1 so My plan is keeping the engine RPM about 2500 which will be 5000 on the shaft that drives the chain so the 14 slot means the chain will move 14 drive links per revolution that's about 11" per revolution or 55000" per minute on the chain. That's where I'll start at anyway and see how it works. I can experiment with engine RPM and even the drive chain sprocket size if needed.
