i have no idea what saw and chain this was, just something that had looked good in a previous run and was sitting on the ground close by
it may not be a 372 at all, i was just guessing as i was titling videos
the only saw i ran of mine that day were the MS200t, 084, P61 and Redfin MS661, the rest of the time i just borrowed whatever was close by

edit: i should read the rest of the thread before posting LOL

Redfin race build MS661 with an HL360 carb, Big Belly Cannon Competition bar with John Reilly chain.
That saw is no kiddin' around fast, 'ol Redfin spent a lot of hours under the hood of that saw
It hasn't been really set up yet, it will be faster by the spring races but it ain't no slouch.
The build is ready, we just need to gear/chain/tune it for the way I cut.
The reason i am a dick is I stopped cutting part way through the third cut to look over and finish at the same time as Andrew.
That treeninekneefore is a pretty great stock saw:pesas:
Please remind me the next time we will be in the same place and i will try to bring one or two race built 394s for him to run.

Was it a ported 661? Just curious how a muff modded non-ported niney fo stacks up. I know AJ's was worked over.
That 064 is ported but no machine work. Just gasket delete, Meteor piston, bing carb and 660 coil. It was running 16" .325 stihl RS (round filed) and a 9 pin in that video. Same bar/chain that I ran with a 7pin on my 260 earlier that day. Woulda loved to have the chain that was on my 350 on it but I left my 16" 3/8 stihl bars at home.

394 has a gasket delete, muff mod and I widened the exhaust port a smidge. Maybe next year it'll be a little closer... It had a 7 pin and I'm sure it could spin a 9 with that 20".

I just found a new chain for Dave. For when he starts cutting real stuff. Should work better and last longer for his style cutting. Now, if we can get John Reilly to sharpen it for him. LOL. [emoji23]

See....I said all along, nothing wrong with round filed chain. [emoji2]
I have beat a lot of square chain with round chain that took me 10 mins to file on the tailgate of my pickup but your not going to beat a good square race chain that takes 10 hrs to make.
