One thing I see people overlook when testing a carb. The needle and seat must be wet when pressure testing. A small squirt bottle (like an eye drop bottle) works well to add a little fuel to the metering well.

I did some calling and one of the dealers near me thought he had a parts saw. He was gonna get back to me.
