I was on the CAD for quite sometime, I have sold off some of my multiples of the same models, Need to thin
a bit more. I haven't bought a saw in quite sometime. Seems the ones i want aren't coming up for sale or they
are just extinct. No biggie as i have been focusing on real estate in Maine. Bought 2 houses last year within 6
months and looking at a possible third.
Maybe your CAD is morphing into HAD

Yep, sometimes it is hard seeing an old friend go. You spends hundreds of hours working on a project and you know the purchaser will never appreciate the time and effort that went into it. The likely outcome is that it will be abused and neglected, just treated as a 'used' item.

When my wife and I had our first son almost 4 years ago I got my first gun safe.... I only had a few rifles and pistols.
Now when I get home from work, I don’t ask her about the boxes on the porch left by the UPS truck, and she don’t ask me why the safe door doesn’t like to close anymore.....

I'm not selling any Stihl saws now but have been wrestling over whether I should sell off my Stihl 070. I acquired a 41" bar that fits it so it will cut bigger wood than anything else I have. I do have a couple of MS660's and am thinking that a 36" bar on one of those should do what I need to do. The Stihl 070 is heavy and I'm getting older (62 this month) and rarely use it. As soon as I sell it though, I'll have a 6' diameter windfall oak I need to cut and then won't have it. So is it 'big tree insurance"? Or is it still residual CAD? lol.
Mill or sell that 070 to me and I will mill with it. Most I see are trashed.
