Should it be a hard rule that a person cannot even ask for FF payment? Maybe a standard red tag notice at the top of each for sale page saying DON'T PAY WITH FRIENDS/FAMILY!

I've seen a few of these cases where members who aren't brand new screw somebody in the last few years. Not common, but enough that I don't send money F&F anymore. There would be maybe a couple exceptions to that, but probably not anyone I haven't met in person. Just not worth saving 3% over. A header in all the classifieds posts like on AS might be called for.

The good ones know who they are, and it ain’t to say new and upcoming members here ain’t the same, and they’re good folk to do business with.

You know who your are, and what you consciously and methodically are doing going into a sell. Some mf’rs are just P’sOS, *f-wordked up, doped up, you name it, etc, etc...and they didn’t start their mentality to *f-wordk somebody just because they joined a damn outdoor power equipment forum. They been doing shady *s-wordt their entire teenage and adult lives. My philosophy is simple...put their asses on the front line...now you got a chance to see where the enemy fire is coming from...then hone in and welcome the enemy to hell!
