August 12th I sent out a message into general public that I was not receiving any notifications or return messages from black bruin on a chain brake cover for a 2095 Jonsered that was paid for in May I have pm messages to him with no response I did receive responses back from the general public and are very grateful for all the public's response even the notifications that black bruin was given by certain members I am extremely disappointed in this member would not recommend anyone purchasing ANYTHING from this person simply for the fact he hasn't responded to any of my inquiries since the latter part of may

I spoke with him many months back. I like phone conversations as they are quicker and easier than 100 PM/DM's

I've done a lot of business with him and he's always come through. At certain times of the year, it's hard to reach him. He gets wrapped up in his other activities and doesn't check in. I don't think he'll burn you though.

This has been my experience too, and he is aware of this situation, so it gets hard to explain away. Seems easy to me… Ship or refund

I will say what I said many times ......... telephones are not for play games, they are for calling and talking with folks. It sure seems that lately there have been some issues debated on this great site that could have been dealt with using a phone.
