I need to go back into the BB to see if I can get it to perform better. Also it doesn't have a giant carb on it like the race saw does.

My Edelbrock 1406 (really a Carter) has been reliable as EFI for me on my 78 Chevy truck. I have had to readjust the choke with the change of seasons though. But that's probably true of just about any carb
