What is the best value you have found for 372xtxp/2072 crank bearings and seals?

Recently replaced seals in muh 2072 and the pto side bearing cage was breaking up (plastic). Finished replacing the seals to get it back together in running condition, knowing I was going back in.

Value,....as in bang for yer buck. Not sure I want to go back with factory as (IIRC) they are still plastic caged.
.....not that I would ever wear 'em out.....

Do you know of a kit with bearings, seals and O-ring that are plenty good but not the best,......and not chicom clone parts?

Thanks in advance.

I've not found seals better than OEM. For bearings on 365/71/72, I go with Nachi (made in Japan) or SNR (made in Germany or Turkey). I've built probably on the order of 90-95 365/371/372 saws over the years and that's been my experience. I've not seen a "kit" yet other than the Chinese-made garbage.

A good C3 rated bearing from any accredited bearing manufacturer will be fine.
You have to be aware of counterfeit fakes that are out there and buy from a trusted source.
Which is why a lot of the time it's not worth the trouble and the little bit extra money spent is worth getting it from the manufacturer.
